My back, and some skills training

So, i'm a little late on blogging about my Saturday workout.  Mostly because, when I got home from the gym Saturday, we ended up outside raking leaves, and then I had to eat, then it was off to pick up Liam for the day.  Sunday ended up being a dawn till dusk fishing adventure with Chris Brand.
My workout on Saturday consisted of attacking the ATP, and so I started with Power cleans, which absolutely beat me up.  I then moved on to pull-ups, which went really well.  This week, for pull-ups, only my first set without weight.  The rest will include weight, all the weight up to 30 reps.
I then moved to bent over rows.  Again, I ended around 205, but for more reps than last time, so I am increasing some strength there, but I still need to do more.  I finished off my back workout with deadlifts.  Again, I had issues holding the bar when I got to my heaviest sets.  I am going to start looking into some straps for holding the bar.  I just don't want my grip strength to suffer, so we will have to try and out and see what happens.

This morning, Brandon and I hit the field for some catch.  Again, our hands are getting better and better.  Repetition is definitely the key.  I need to start focusing on more deep passes, and running full speed.  Also, my hamstring is still very tight in my right leg.  I need to stretch even when i'm not planning on running.  I should be stretching every day.
