Back and biking

From  a training standpoint, this weekend was pretty quiet.  Kathy's Aunt Cindy was in town from Texas, so we had some family time all weekend.  It was nice to see everybody, and get to just relax for a couple days.  We also had my niece's 3rd birthday party yesterday.  It was a Halloween themed party, and they had a clown, and games.  It was a really good time.  Liam got to dress up one more time in his Skeleton costume.
So, after the party, Liam, Kathy and I hung out for a bit before I dropped him off by his mom, and headed to the gym to get my back workout in.  This was around 5pm.  I figured, I would get an hour and a half in a the gym, before meeting Cindy and Kathy's parents out for dinner at 6:45.  So I got to it.  25 pull-ups to start the workout.  Pull-ups 16-20 were with a 10 lb weight, and 21-26 (did one extra) with a 25lb weight.  Next week we will be moving to a 35lb weight to finish things off. I then went to bent over rows.  I ended that exercise at 205.  I then planned on finishing my back on dead-lifts and then moving to biceps, but as I neared the end of my dead-lifts, the guy from the Y came over and asked if I would rack up the weights when I was done.  I figured because he was leaving for the night, but he said that they were closing in 5 minutes, which was 6pm.  Well, that kind of threw a monkey wrench into things for my biceps, but I would get to watch the end of the Packer game, and make it to dinner on time.  All in all, I had a good back workout, but I do need to make sure i have enough time to do my biceps from now on.  I should try and memorize the YMCA schedule, it can't be that difficult. :-)
This morning I woke up at my usual time and headed in to get my cardio workout in.  I am in my 3rd session of biking for 60 minutes.  This will be my last week at 60 minutes before I move to 75 minutes twice a week.  Here are my stats for this morning.
