Minor leg workout

Today, Liam was having some work done on his teeth at 8:30, so I decided to hit the gym before heading over to the dentist office.  I decided that I was going to do a smaller leg workout, with the intention to go back tonight to do my main leg workout.  I will say this, I have been fighting off a cold for the last 2 days, and probably shouldn't be lifting, but....anyway.

I started this morning with my explosive exercise.  I started with jump squats.  I have to say, this is a great explosive exercise.  I finished my sets at 135.  I have bruises on my shoulders, but the workout itself was awesome.  Next I hit the hip flexor machine, both quads/hip flexors, and hamstrings. I was able to do the whole stack(295) with my hamstrings, and finished at 205 with my hip flexors.  In between sets I went over and did calve raises.  I finished my sets @ 360.  So really, what was meant to be a minor workout, really kicked my butt.  Especially with this cold beating on me.
