Today Hos and I had our chest day. I got to the gym about 15 minutes before Steve, so I did some light benching, where I would lower the weight really slow, and then explode as fast I could to the top. I did 4 sets of 5, @ 135. I'm probably up that to 155 next week. My flat bench sets went like this. 185 x 10, 205 x 6, 225 x 3, 245, 2, 250 x 1. So, I went up another 5 pounds this week. We then moved over to dips. I did 15 with no weight, 12 @ 25lbs, 10 @ 45lbs, and 6 @ 55lbs.
Incline press was next. I think this exercise really went well today. I started at 135 x 10, 155 x 8, 175 x 6, 185 x 3, 205 x 2. Which is the most I have ever done.
We couldn't get a bench to do pullovers, so we went over and did seated rows. Really, tonight was a great workout. Especially since I felt like I had a cold all day. Stuffed up, sinus headache, sore throat. Once I got to the gym, it all went away. I'm looking forward to leg day tomorrow :-D.
